Job
- The book fixes the “oh no” moments. Someone gets caught, two specials land at once, a horde arrives during an objective. The book (Chorus of Spiritual Fortitude) is the button that turns that moment back around. Keep it for those moments.
- The flamer helps with mixed hordes, where elites stand among the poxwalkers. It covers what the Psyker’s Inferno does not finish.
- The duelling sword does great boss damage once the Veteran has tagged the target.
Why the book is so valuable in Havoc
From rank 16 the director halves tension, and from rank 30 every pacing state allows every spawn type. The team almost never gets a natural quiet phase to recover. When things go wrong, they keep going wrong, unless someone has a reset in their pocket.
